12 things to do with bluberries

i had to take a minute and share this article/list with you from july's edition of parenting magazine. blueberries are in season now and though we started buying them as soon as it was warm... now is the time to buy them! they are sweeter and cheaper. : ) blueberries are filled with antioxidants and actually out of any fruit they are one if not the highest in antioxidant properties. i also found that they neutralize free radicals which can affect disease and aging in the body,  they aid in reducing belly fat, they help promote urinary tract health, have been proved to preserve vision and brain health as well as posses the ability to dissolve "bad cholesterol" and aid in heart health. (refer to this article published on womens fitness site) if you need more reasons than this to eat these wondrous fruits just google blueberries and there are articles after articles about what they can do for us!! so with this being said i thought i would share 12 ways to handle/eat/treat blueberries as published in parenting magazine!! i hope you enjoy...
