two little lions (children's designer t-shirts)

i have been so excited to share with you this line of designer children's t-shirts. it is awesome to see the dreams of these two become their reality. read on about how "two little lions got started and about the vision that nick and ryanne have.

"So last year we started throwing around the idea of starting a children's tshirt line and after 9 months of hard work we've finally released Two Little Lions! We wanted to create tees that kids would love to wear, and that their parents would be excited about as well.
Our main focus was to have a brand that spoke positivity.

We created our signature "Heart of a Lion" tee to express the idea of being courageous, brave and willing to face the world. Being a leader and not a follower.

"Perfectly Imperfect" is to remind our little girls from an early age that beauty isn't "cookie-cutter" and comes in every single back ground, shape, color and size and that who they were created to be is, in fact, perfect and should to be embraced.

"Stud Club" is pretty much for every little boy because they're all studs, and having that positive mindset puts them in a club that's bigger than themselves!

Our "World Changer" raglan is my personal favorite. Every single child is a world changer! If we instill in our children that they are capable of changing the world, the world can and will be changed! The cool thing about that shirt is that it is personalized with their name and a portion of the profits from each sale will be going to different people, groups or organizations that are changing the world! So not only will they be rocking an awesome tee, they'll have a part in helping change the world.

Each of our tees are original designed and custom made locally @ Liquid Custom Apparel in Canton Ohio. We currently offer sizes 2T, 4T & 6T."

i was already such a fan of these shirts and wanted one of each and then i read the purpose and meaning behind each design and i loved them even more. ethan and i went to the etsy shop and he chose the world changer t-shirt and we can't wait to get it.

thanks nick and ryanne for having a vision and taking the steps to make your dreams come true.
i am grateful to see the excitement with this line of t's and so thankful its started out and will continue to be a success. can not wait to see what is to come.

many blessings to you and your family

cozies for kids on etsy

i came across this little shop through one of my thirty-one sisters. i love supporting home based businesses and the proceeds benefit a very worthy cause so i thought i would share this little gem of a shop. cozies for kids on etsy. from scarves to hats and gloves…even coffee cozies for that buckeye fan mary's creations are truly one of a kind.

a little bit about her vision and how mary got started. mary malone is a stay at home mom and private a flute instructor. in november 2013, she started cozies for kids as a fundraiser for orphan world relief. this sparked a fun new business venture. she loves combining her passion for crocheting with helping disadvantaged kids around the world. you can connect with her on facebook or her etsy shop.

here is her number one selling hat…this is the one that caught my eye initially… stay tuned
this hat may or may not be appearing in my very first giveaway…

i purchased 2 of the batwing scoop neck tees (black & white) from foreign exchange right after reading her post. and although its been cold here and really not the right weather i did try them on and i love it!
pictured below is the oatmeal color. such fun casual look!

my favorite spot for design work...

i was so excited when i came across rissa from riss design. i actually was in search of some printable christmas photos so i could matte and frame them for the holidays. well i found those and also found out in the process that she does all sorts of design.
i am very excited to work with her as she designs my blog and some things for my thirty-one business. new blog design will soon be launching just after the new year.

she will customize prints to your personal preference and they are reasonably priced.
you just order the downloadable print and then print them through your local photo lab or shutter fly.

here are the two i ordered for my christmas collection and actually would like to add a few more…

ticket stub diary

my husband and i both are one of those people that are pretty sentimental. we like to hang on to movie ticket stubs, concert tickets, other events as well as love notes and cards from each other. i was so excited to stumble across this i am ordering it.
. what a great gift idea for an anniversary or christmas. add 2 tickets to a concert occurring in the near future you know your special someone would like and it makes such a great gift and one that will last a lifetime.
the ticket stub diary  would be a great way to showcase your memories and be able to turn the pages of time each time you open it.
plus it keeps things neat, in one place and that equals organized!!

handmade wreaths from ohio

thought these hand made wreaths were super cute. jessica has done some specialized wreaths for my thirty-one sisters and her talents were too cute to keep it a secret. i love her company name...door decor by jessica.

here is a little about her...
jessica lewis is an ohio girl and her business is based out of the columbus area (let's go bucks).. she is a wreath designer who specializes in custom orders. relatively new to the whole wreath making scene, jessica surprises herself daily with her inventiveness. she applies her skills of thinking outside the box to come up with new and creative designs. from custom sports wreaths for your little athlete to classy wedding wreaths for that special day, jessica will work with you to come up with the design you are hoping for.
her work is available to view and purchase at local craft shows in the columbus ohio area as well as her facebook page.

disney wall decal

i am a big fan of wall decals. so when our three year old FINALLY decided on a mickey bedroom of course my wheels started turning. i am more of a classic simple type person not so much cartoony type stuff. so after deciding that wall decals were the way to go, off i went to etsy and google!!

i came across a fun little shop on etsy called "imprinted living". they are a husband and wife team (jeremy & kylie) and they are fabulous to work with. (connect with them on facebook as well) they do custom canvas and will work with you on what you are looking for.

check out what they created for me...they made the mickey ears and ethan in disney writing.
